This Qualification prepares the individual with basic office communication skills to function effectively in a front office environment. This short learning programme is one of the modules of the ICB Junior Office Administrator qualification.
Students should meet the following requirements:
- Completed Grade 12 (std 10) or equivalent and at least 16 years of age.
- Be proficient in English
- Must be able to prepare for lectures and engage in self-directed study outside the classroom and be prepared for dynamic discussion in the classroom.
Office Administration is certified by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB).
